- Payment: payments are handled by our provider. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card details.

- To process, produce and deliver your orders and provide customer support;

- Suppliers & branding partners who fulfil or decorate your order;
- Couriers for delivery;
- Payment provider to process payments;
- Service providers that host the site and send our email (e.g. Cloudflare, Resend) and provide analytics/advertising (Google, Meta);
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cross-border transfers
Some of our service providers process data on servers outside South Africa. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection as required by POPIA.
6. Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records), then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
